1. Children are eligible for enrollment if they are between 19 months and 60 months age by September 30, 2024.

2. A registration form (click the RED REGISTER button) online and fee of $150 is due at the time of registration. ($75 per child if you're a military family) You will be sent an email with an invoice for the registration fees if there are spots available in the class. This fee is reduced by $20 for each additional child. This fee is non-refundable.

3. Enrollment in CEP is on a first come, first serve basis with priority given in the following order:
- Current CEP Board members and CEP Staff children (FEB 5th, 2024)

- Families Currently enrolled in the program, Alumni and Pastoral Staff (FEB 6th, 2024)

-General public.(FEB 12th, 2024)

**CEP CLASS OFFERINGS **

(USE Child's birthday as of SEPT 30th, 2024 to determine class eligibility.)

2 year Old Class (19-36 mos)- 2 DAYS -Tues and Thurs (10am-2pm)

2 Year Old Class - 2 DAYS Wed and Fri (10am-2pm)

(option to enroll in BOTH 2s classes - Please contact director)

3 Year Old Class - 3 DAYS - Tues, Wed, Thurs (10am-2pm)
4 Year Old's PREK - 4 DAYS - Tues, Wed, Thurs and Fri (10am-2pm)

**TUITION FEES for 2024-25(9 payments)**

Registration fee $150 - Military discount $75 registration fee!

NO ACTIVITY FEES!

1st tuition (pays for last month tuition) and registration fee is non-refundable!

2 day 2s classes = $285/mo.

(Both 2s classes = $570/mo.)

3 day 3 year old classes = $345/mo.

4 day (4 year old) PreK class = $415/mo.

** NEW After Care option!**= If your family needs more care, we are offering AFTER CARE

from 2 pm to 3:30 pm for an additional cost. Your child is eligible if they are 3 or 4 years old, potty trained and NOT requiring a nap during the hours they are in school. There will be a spot on the online registration form where you can indicate that you are interested in this after care program -

please check the box. This is not an as needed drop off program, you can choose to register for 1, 2, 3 or 4 days a week (depending on your needs), but will need to commit to that schedule for the year (we may be able to make adjustments depending on availability and/or staffing).
